A not-so-evil day

Who: Billy and Jilly (lulz it rhymes)
What: Optimism vs Pessimism in a no-holds-barred match!
When: Tuesday night
Where: Bowels of the library
Rating: PG13 ...for angst?

Billy had been studying for a while. Curled up in the shadowy bowels of the library, books and notes scattered around, a cup of coffee steaming nearby. He looked deep in thought, hard at work on something, like any good brainiac should do when they were bored.

And, he was working on something. Sort of.
He had been attempting to, anyway...at least at first.

But, Billy was out of sorts. He wasn't in his workshop, his journal was shut. He had the look of a college student who had been up all night. He was stressed and bothered and didn't know what to do with himself. So...he had been trying to somehow both lose himself in mindless work, and come up with some useful thought on his current situation, for many hours now.

He was currently failing at both.

Sighing, he shut the cover of Functions of Theoretic Wave Oscillators and moved onto Dimensional Physics and You.

billy/dr. horrible, jilly coppercorn
