What: Making an idiot of himself in the snow

Wash had ventured outside into the snow, where he's making a right fool of himself playing in it. The last time he'd actually seen this much snow had been on a much more somber occasion - and before that, it'd been years since he'd seen that much at all. And so he was making up for lost time.
He caught sight of someone else out in the weather and grinned to himself, scooping up enough snow for a good-sized snowball to lob at them before ducking down behind another pile of snow, hopefully out of sight.
The snickering might give it away, though.
