Who: Don Flack and YOU!
What: Outside playing with his dog.

Where: Outside, somewhere between the castle and town

It's chilly outside, but that doesn't change the fact you still have to walk your dog.
Flack and Growlithe were standing outside, Flack rubbing his hands together slightly to keep them warm as he tossed the ball out to his dog. He had kept him cooped up for a while because of the chill so he deserved a chance to go and stretch his legs. Growlithe was pleased to get out, happily jogging back and forth from his spot to his master, taking his scratches behind the ears and running after the ball as though it was the best thing he'd ever seen.
