It took her a lot longer than she had originally planned to make 'breakfast' in the middle of the night. She really should have known better, but like she told Chiba, sometimes when she was in such a good mood, she wasn't really thinking that much about where she was. She should have known she'd run into everyone and their neighbor in the kitchen.
But nothing bad had happened, so she was still in a good mood when she carried the meal back up to Clark's room, carefully balancing the tray on one hand as she quietly opened the door and stepped it. Once the door was shut again, she tip-toed over to the bed before leaning over, grinning down at him as he slept. She really should feel guilty for waking him up, but...
