Sam waited in the middle of town, occasionally glancing at his watch while he waited. It wasn't that she was late -- he was just impatient. Very impatient, actually considering all that he had to do the night before. He knew that Ruby cracking. He could see it in the way she spoke, the way she kept trying to talk him out of things. It was only a matter of time before he was outted which meant that he had to take preventive measures before he got deprived of his fun.
He had spent a lot of the night before and the early morning preparing the new site. The angel blocking symbols she had taught him were helpful, and he tossed in a few demonic ones for good measure. The place was safe and secure, and now all that was left was the guest of honor. And it was just a matter of time before she got there. He paused for a moment, before sitting down on the edge of the fountain, letting his fingers drum against the side of his thigh impatiently. In fact, the sooner it happened, the better.
