Wally, not used to being on this forced vacation from heroism, was circling the castle at top-speed on the watch for anyone who needed help. And in particular, any cute, blond, bombshells who needed help.

Oh, well would you look at that! He stopped and assessed what was happening. This was a job for The Flash. No dog could out-run him! He ran after it, picked it up and brought it back at a slow enough pace not to hurt it or scare it.

"Is this your dog, gorgeous?"

Claire was just about to attempt running after her dog when suddenly... there was a guy bringing her back. She blinked, a little unsure of what had just happened.

"Thank you so much," she said after a moment, choosing to ignore the gorgeous part. This guy had brought her dog back, so she could let that slide. Penny's tail was still wagging as Claire leashed her and took her back from the man.

"I'm sorry, she tends to run off on me sometimes." Obviously.

"Oh, that's alright. Catching dogs, or anything really, isn't exactly a problem for me." He hadn't really met anyone in the castle yet, he wasn't even sure how many people were there exactly.

"So... what's her name? Yours would be nice, too." He was used to girls reacting a lot differently to his heroics in Keystone. It made him slightly nervous now, which he hadn't felt in a long time.

Super powers. Really, Claire was always more surprised to meet someone without a supernatural ability. Super speed? "That's pretty cool."

Then again, she was beginning to notice a number of people with super powers had super egos, too. She would refrain from judgment right now.

"This is Penny," she said, patting the dog on the head, "And I'm Claire. It's nice to meet you...?" Transferring the leash from her right to left, she extended a hand to the stranger that had saved her a lot of trouble.
