As with most things that had to do with social interaction outside of strictly business, Nagi was loomed over by the perpetual thought that he was doing it wrong.
Still, Akito wasn't so bad, he guessed. Sure, he was going to be stuck in a room with a hyper and questionably oriented individual for the next who-knows-how-long, but it would be on a subject he understood and Akito seemed to lend himself easily to conversation anyway. Otherwise, Akito knew lots of people and might be worth knowing in the future. Why not, Nagi decided.
...then again, Akito was really kind of weird. Especially because sometimes, Nagi would talk to him or read his conversations for a while and be totally convinced Akito was a boy--then he'd do something like squeal with joy or talk about how pretty something was or exhibit some behavior generally associated with girls, and it'd throw Nagi off.
Ignatius was snoozing in the heated corner of his tank, completely oblivious to the fact that he'd have to deal with someone new prodding their fingers into his cage and disturbing his daily routine. Nagi wondered how he'd react to Akito.
He'd soon find out, he supposed.
