What: KINDRED, BROTHERLY SPIRITS REUNITED
When: After Simon's arrival yesterday.
Where: Simon's room.
Rating: PG.
Kamina was freakin' happy. In fact, he was more than that - both his body and spirit burned in joy and anticipation, and the way to Simon's rooms seemed to stretch on and on just in order to spite him. He would have been pissed - at this, but mostly at the castle for stealing Simon's drill - but at the moment he was just too excited to make room for any other emotion, especially of the negative kind.
It's only been a few days since Kamina had arrived at Paradisa, but it felt like years and years of suffering and agony - brothers were clearly not meant to be apart for this long!! It's not that Kamina didn't have confidence in himself - it's just that he had so much more of it when Simon was around to put his confidence in him as well and for Kamina to put his confidence in Simon.
Finally, he reached the door he was looking for, throwing it open with a loud thud and calling out - "SIMON!!!" in a loud voice and with a jaw-breaking grin.
Everything was looking up, now, and Kamina was certain that with Simon here, nothing would ever go wrong.
