[Thread] The Things I Need to Say
Who: Lana (feather_frost) and Henry (h_townshend)
What: Henry goes to visit Lana after his loss ends
When: The twenty-seventh, I think? Backlogging XD;
Where: Lana's room, 1515
Rating: PG-13 for potty mouths and probable discussion of violent/gory topics
The jog up the stairs to the fifteenth floor wasn't one that Henry had any problem with. He'd done so many laps of these stairs over the months, what with not being able to use the elevators, that he could probably run the entire height of the castle's staircases before getting seriously winded.
His destination, however, was another matter entirely.
Facing Crowley had been hard enough. Trying to explain to the demon why he'd done what he'd done...but Lana didn't know, did she? That was probably for the best. He would have to try to keep it that way.
She may have been his best friend (after Crowley obviously) but there were some things he couldn't even tell her. One such thought tried to intrude upon his current line of introspection but he quickly pushed it aside. Now was most definitely not the time for that.
He had to apologize to Lana, and he had to do it face to face.
Plus...he missed her. A lot. They'd hardly had any time to spend with one another since before...well, before that week. It had been hard on both of them, and he knew that neither of them was anywhere near over any of it.
He just had to hope that Lana would actually talk to him about it.
She, just like himself, had a nasty habit of hiding things and trying to pretend like everything was okay.
Finally he neared the door to room 1515, his steps slowing. Was he ready for this?
...probably not. But no time like the present, right?
Henry lifted a hand and rapped lightly on the door, three times. Same as always.
