[Thread - What's a Secret Between Friends?]

After having pummeled Eliwood one last time with his then weapon of choice, the Marquess of Ostia was then forced to defend himself against his best friend's dog, Pepper. Thankfully, the thing was still just a puppy. After pulling the animal off of himself a couple of times and firmly planting her in Eliwood's care, Hector grabbed his axe and made his way out for his duel match with Lyn. The last thing he needed was to get an earful from the swordswoman for being late. He was already going to take a bit of extra time to arrive as it was, having to now come down six more flights of stairs than before. It was worth it though. Even if it was only temporary, staying over at Eliwood's was enjoyable enough to put up with the extended walk.
But that reminded him...When he got there, he would definitely have to make Lyndis tell him what she'd found so amusing. Really, Hector couldn't think of anything that could have set her off like that. Maybe it was just a woman thing...They were also strange acting. He was sure that he'd never understood them, even having married one.
Finally coming down the last flight of stairs, Hector exited the castle and made his way into the beginning of the courts.
"Lyn? Are you here to lose yet?"
