Who: Okami Amaterasu, Donatello What: The two characters both arrive at Paradisa. When: Some time tomorrow, mid-day. Where: Ammy's room briefly, courtyard mostly. Rating: PG
If little tiny bug-like men could give giant turtles weird looks of doom, then that's exactly what Issun managed to do from atop Ammy's head. "It's... going fine. I think," Issun replied, a bit slowly. He glanced down at Ammy and shared a look with the white wolf.
Ammy kept walking in the direction she began, looking around idly as she did so. She stopped once to sniff at something and then glanced back at Donnie. She whined once and then let out a bark. Tail wagging behind, she continued their trek forward.
"Well, let's see, what happened before all this?" Issun started talking, bouncing on Ammy's head once more. "Last I remember Ammy was racing to get back to Kamui, that's northern Nippon, and we fought a couple of Oni, then... then Ammy lay down for a short nap to replenish her energy! When we woke up, we were in some weird room. We walked to the window and jumped down from waaay up there!" The little bug pointed up, but Donnie probably couldn't tell. To emphasize Issun's words, Ammy stopped briefly and glanced towards the sky, specifically facing the castle though.
"That's nice. I guess." And thus, Donatello's fishing for an explanation as to what a Celestial Envoy was ended.
"Nippon... That's Japan, right? Yeah." Donatello nodded to himself. Leo wasn't the only one that knew all about feudal Japan. "I've been there once, with my brothers. Nice place."
Donnie mulled over the rest of Issun's information. "So, you just woke up and found yourselves here? That's odd. Usually, for something like this to happen there's something you activate. Something that induces the transportation, so to say. Unless you were brought here without your consent." He frowned, thinking this over for a few moments.
"Well, I guess it's my turn, then. Let's see. It was after the sunset, around nine-ish, and I volunteered to go out and search for one of my brothers, Raphael. I climbed up through the manhole--we live in the sewer on account of us being 'unusual'--and when I climbed out I was here. And that's pretty much where you found me."
"Japan?" Issun asked, puzzled. "I've never heard it called that, but if you think so. Maybe foreigners call it that. I wouldn't know. It's an island though, if that helps."
"So you weren't coming here on purpose either then," Issun stated. "I don't readily see anything common with the ways we got here. So what then caused us to end up in this place? What is this place anyway. Looks like that castle on Oni Island or something. Where is this place?"
Issun bounced repeatedly on Ammy's head. "I don't like this! How did you manage this, Furball?"
