Who: Tim Speedle and Jack Skellington
What: They meet at the library.
When: A few days ago? Sometime before Jack-mun left technically speaking. Afternoon-ish.
Where: The library
Rating: PG for now.
Speed climbed down the stairs to the library, already dreading the hike back up. Maybe he'd use the journal to ask Ruby for a ride up, or maybe that would be rude. He'd figure it out later. Either way, he was here now and that was all that mattered.
He'd been talking to someone in the journal who claimed to be a living skeleton, so naturally he was curious. Speed didn't believe in the supernatural; he was a scientist technically, so superstitions and the like had no place in his life. But that didn't keep him from questioning the fact that it could be possible, somehow. It sounded neat anyway, so why not? In other words, like a little boy who believed in Santa Claus, he had to figure out if it was real or not.
He walked into the library, the place where the "skeleton" said he'd be for some time now, and looked around. It was huge. And huge was an understatement. He began walking around, looking for this so called "living skeleton."
