[Open Thread] Kaylee and Henry go exploring!
Who: Henry (h_townshend) and Kaylee (sunshinymech), possibly Crowley if he cares to join in?
What: Kaylee comes over to make sure Henry's not wearing anything too horribly colored in the morning, after which the two of them decide to go on a self-guided tour of the castle.
When: Morning
Where: Henry's room, 1420, then the first floor

Anyone paying any attention to the rooms in the hallway of the fourteenth floor on a particular morning might have noticed one of the doors propped open. A boot had been shoved between the door and the frame, leaving the door hanging open by about a hand's width. It had been that way all night. For the last several nights, in fact.
Henry couldn't seem to get over the fear that one of these days he might wake up and be chained inside again. To compensate he'd started leaving the door cracked at night and the window flung wide open. He supposed it might be claustrophobia, though he'd never experienced it before the...incident. He didn't really feel it anywhere else, either. Just his room.
Was there even a term in existence for the irrational fear of one particular room?
He rose far too late in the morning, dragging himself slowly out of bed and praying that Kaylee would at least give him a few minutes to get ready before dropping by. Blearily he padded across the room on bare feet, clad only in a pair of pajama pants, and made his way to the bathroom.
As Henry was brushing his teeth, he suddenly began to wonder if Kaylee would be expecting the Henry from his journal when she met up with him today. The laughing, cheerful, joking Henry. The one that only existed in the journals. He shook his head and spit out a mouthful of toothpaste into the sink.
If that was who she was expecting...she was in for a whole lot of disappointment.
