Silence.
There was only a calm feeling about this patch of beautiful plant-life. The gentle breeze was disturbed the still flowers and bushes, a light rustling sound heard as a cause of it. Only petal or two fell as did a few leaves but no other damage was actually done; a very peaceful, quiet garden for one to relax in. No one could have expected that lurking down below, squirming and slithering about beneath its depths was something more.
The ground shook and quaked without warning; mounds of earth and rock began to clump together, building high into the air from the ground below. A face as white as snow melted into view, an expressionless face appearing from it. From it came a deep moan followed by a gasp for air. Only seconds has passed before it dove back into the earth.
