[Yue's been looking for Sokka, and she strolls up to him. Although, she covers her mouth to stifle a giggle at the giant pile of leaves.]

What are you doing?

[Turns to her with a grin on his face. And possibly some cheese too.]

I'm trying to make this the biggest leaf pile in existence! It...keeps falling over though.

[themoonspirit]

[She's always loved that playful side of his.]

What will you do with the pile when you are finished? [her eyes narrow at the cheese can and she laughs] And what is that?

[He thinks about it for a second, and shrugs.] Jump into it I guess.

[That grin gets bigger when she asks about the cheese.]

It's the cheese in a can! It's like, one of the best things ever!

[STOP THE TIDES, CHEESE IN A CAN?! RELEVANT TO HER INTERESTS.]

Cheese comes in cans, now? But how does it come out of it?

I don't know how it works but, you push the little nozzle and you can put it on the crackers!

[Demonstrates this, and offers the cracker. Best food ever am I right?]

It's really good too!

[Takes the cracker and oh my, this is a little exciting. She bites into it, and her face lights up.]

This is very delicious! Have you discovered any other foods while you have been here? [Suddenly, her face lights up and she holds his arm.] Sokka. Have you found the Hot Pockets?

No, just the Cheez Whiz.

[Her being this excited must mean whatever she was talking about was good. Which made him excited too.] What are 'Hot Pockets'?

[There's a sense of wonder as she begins to explain the beauty that is a Hot Pocket.]

When I was reading about my past time here, I learned that it was something I enjoyed a lot. And it is very good. It is some sort of bread shell that holds different cheeses and meats, and you place it in what is called a Micro Wave. It's a machine that cooks food without fire.

[Okay yea, that is one of the coolest foods he has ever heard about. Ever.]

Where can I find some of those? I want to try them.

[Wait. WHAT DID SHE JUST SAY?]

It cooks things without fire!?

[themoonspirit]

[She nods!] Yes! I'm still not sure how it works, but I've seen it, Sokka. Food that is frozen, like the Hot Pocket, is placed inside the box, and when you press a button, it cooks it. It's truly amazing. Would you like to see it?

Yea!

[themoonspirit]

[With that, Yue holds Sokka's hand tightly and hurries back toward the front door of the castle. She's heading straight for the kitchen, smiling quite happily as she pulls him along. There's something really... free about it all. She doesn't feel the need to walk slowly to impress anyone or keep up any appearances. It's just a carefree moment between her and Sokka.]

[He keeps up with her easily, grinning the whole way. Not only was the whole microwave thing exciting, he got to share the whole experience with one of the people who was most important to him.]

[Once in the kitchen, she leads him toward a counter where a box-like device sits. There is a handle on what appears to be a door, and several lights and buttons along the side of it.]

This is it. A lot of residents will use it to warm their food in a matter of minutes. [She keeps talking as she walks over to the freezer, pulling something small out of a box.] When it turns on, numbers appear to count down until your food is ready. You can have it cook the food for however long you want, but if you put it in for too long, it will burn, just as if you left it over a fire.

And this [removing a wrapper, she holds up the frozen pie] is a Hot Pocket. [Pulling open the door of the box, she places the pie inside and closes the door, pressing a few buttons.]

[Sokka presses the button and watches in amazement as the Hot Pocket cooks. He had so many questions about the device called a 'microwave' that he was sure Yue wouldn't be able to answer. Yet, he still asks them.]

That's amazing! How does it work? I wonder what kind of power source it runs on? Is it some sort of bending?

[Yea, he's pretty much acting like a little kid.]
