§ 10

[A week rolls round and Angela's back to normal, feeling more than a little awkward about the whole thing. She'd forgotten what it was like to be that young, and she wasn't sure if she misses how trusting she used to be able to be, or was given more of a reminder of how stupid she used to be in the past. What she was annoyed about, however, was how the loss was timed with the exit of her son -- did not make her happy in the least. There's a quiet pause and a few pen taps before she writes:]

[Claire Bennet]

Thank you for humoring me, as it were, through that loss. You didn't have to spend that time with me, and I'm sure it must have been awkward for you.

I appreciate that you did, though, so again, thank you.

[/Claire]

[this, however, is dictated -- she's gotten a bit more comfortable with that]

Well -- that was certainly interesting.
