[All is quiet on the western front, well until there's a James Potter sneaking around the Redfield Ranches stables. He's half mumbling] Should be alright. Not too many people around.
[Of course, Yuuri is at the stables as well, he's decided to skip out on work today, though it's a bit of a miracle he lasted this long.] I don't want to work anymore...it's too hot, and I definitely don't want to brand any...[Has spotted the visitor!] Uh...what are you doing?
[Jumps a little] Don't sneak up on me like that, mate. [Pause] Who me? Just taking a walk.
Sorry! I thought you heard me coming...[Confused look] If that's all your doing, why do you care if people are around or not?
Ever heard of alone time? It's nice every now and then.
Sounds kind of boring to me. But if you want to walk, I'd try the creek. [Points in a random direction that probably isn't even correct] It's that way. ...I think.
[Looks like he's about to say something, and then... idea!] Er... There? [General pointing] Mind showing me?
Yeah! That way. [A bright smile, and then a bit of hesitation as he looks around to see if anyone will notice him ditching the place completely] Ah...I guess not. [Starts walking in that direction with a gesture to follow] I'm Yuuri.
[Pause, looking like he's debating something] James. [Offering Yuuri his hand]
Nice to meet you! [Shakes his hand] So where did you come from? I didn't think we were that close to anything. [Anything but other farms anyway, but not like that makes much of a difference]
Didn't get a house, I've just been wandering around here and there. Figured someone around here might let me crash in their barn for a few nights.
[Flail!] You said you were just taking a walk! I'm sure you could say in the house if you just asked. [A pause] And I think there's even an Inn. Did you wanna go back?
I was just now. [Putting his hands in his pocket] Don't have any money for an Inn. [Shaking his head] It's fine.
You can't just sleep in a barn. Even if it is for four days, and what are you even eating? You'd probably have to work to be able to stay somewhere, but that's not so bad, right?
