I just spoke with a girl in the clinic, Elle. She's been badly beaten, and she said she thinks Claire was his next target.

His name is Sam Winchester, and I think he's taken her.

She seemed fairly sure of it. That there was a girl helping him, Ruby. Sam's on a loss Elle said.

I'm not sure. I just know that if Claire thought she could trust him, and he had the capability to do that to another girl? Claire wouldn't have trusted him.
