[Outside -- taking advantage of the great weather -- Billy has set up a few tables in a little grove of trees. He's strung some lights in case they're out here past dark, and laid out a few blankets for picnicking or relaxing.
On the head table there's absolutely every kind of snack food you can think of; soda, cupcakes, chips, dip, Billy's pretty sure he thought of everything.
