[soi fong is restless, and wants to train. not restless enough to ask anyone though, so she has set up some dummies in the courtyard, and is currently practising her hand to hand... as well as she can with targets that don't move. :| so it's more like exercise; just putting her limbs to use.
she's not using flashsteps or anything, so it's not evident that she's not human. she is, however, very good.
