[dictated, and a bit flustered, because, really, this is sort of announcement and request all in one and, well, flustered as he's never done this before.]
I realize that quite a few people have gone through the process here, and I seem to recall that more than a few of you managed it all together at once while I was...not really in a position to ask exactly how you managed it, but nevertheless, I'm assuming that the laws regarding such things must be a bit more inclusive here.
That being the case, I was wondering if someone could tell me exactly how a couple might go about getting married here?
