[Kamina ist chillen, bored out of his mind and staring out the window at the torrential downpour. Obviously he's accepted the idea of weather as something normal (as opposed to a sign of the apocalypse like he did after that whole snow day fiasco). Now he's just bored waiting for it to stop so he can go outside again]
