[River wakes up in the TARDIS, in Ten's room. This in itself does not feel out of the ordinary, but she does sigh audibly when she realises the bed is empty, and obviously the journal has managed to leave itself open unbeknownst to her.]
Nothing new there then, you were the one who wanted me to move in permanently Doctor, the least you could do is wake up with me occasionally, it wouldn't be too much to ask would it?
