[Room Filter]

[Sitting up in bed, she was bored, and more then a little cranky from not sleeping well, discomfort. She was even bored enough that she had actually asked the castle for some kind of embroidery. She hadn't been able to come up with anything else to do and it was at the very least something familiar, though it was making her far more ( Read more... )

[Robin more or less burst the door open without knocking, since it is. . . his. . . room. He motions for Will to follow him inside, going over to Marian's bed side and. . . smirking]

Is that. . . embroidery?

[carefully, and more politely walking in without saying anything, but nodding his head towards Marian as way of greeting]

[At first she goes to snap at Robin]

Well, if you won't let me up, I have nothing else to d...

[Trailing off her mouth just hangs open, before she looks at Robin, a bit of a desperate look in her eyes since she thinks she might be seeing people again.]

Tell me you see him too?

Of course I do. I hear it's rude to accuse someone of being an illusion in front of them, you know.

[maybe a slight amused look]

[to Robin] Not that you treated me much differently when you first saw me.

[With another quick glare to Robin, her eyes light up and she goes to get out of bed to greet him, but ow, so she just stays in bed.]

Sorry, I'm not more presentable. But never mind. Will! It's so good to see you.

Such lies, Will! I greeted you like family.

After you asked me if it was really me.

There's no need to apologize to me, Robin told me [nods to Robin] you were injured. [he's being polite though and moving closer to her bedside, about an arms length away]

[She's still watching him, surprised but clearly happy.]

I'll be alright. I think I should be grateful actually. I think it triggered my memories. Or something, either way, when I first got here all I could remember was that Robin had just gotten back. Now I recall everything that's happened over the last year.

[Looking around, begins to clear away the thread and such on the bed, tossing it happily to the side.] Sit down, please.

[fff, totally remembers earlier. turns to look at Will]

Which reminds me - what was that about. . . saving Marian's father from the Sheriff?

No, I couldn't possibly.

[looking up at Robin]

What do you mean? The Sheriff's plot with the fake King...

[Thinking...cause yeah she forgets he's still a carpenter's son, so instead she gets to order Robin around!]

Robin...for the love of... Go get Will a chair.

[Then the words sink in about the fake king and saving her father, so she looks rather worried...and annoyed.]

Fake King? What do you mean "fake king", and whats happened to my father.

[rolls his eyes and gets Will a chair before explaining]

The last thing we remember is Marian waking up in the cave after we all thought she was dead.

[not actually sitting, because he's too busy giving them both confused looks]

After that... on the day Marian was supposed to be married. The Sheriff was trying to track down the nobles who opposed him by bringing in a fake King, all to see who would testify against him. We got there in the nick of time to keep Marian's father from exposing himself and ran for it before the guards got us.

[Relief]

Oh good, so my father is safe.

[Then as it sinks in, she looks rather annoyed.]

He lied to me?!

Yes - let's all be surprised that the man who is willing to betray England and kill King Richard lied about his return, Marian. That is clearly the most shocking news out of all of this.

[looks to Will \o/]

She doesn't marry him, right?
