[ the first thing recorded is a groan, then shifting sounds like someone is waking up from a very stiff and uncomfortable sleep. Which he sorta is when you think about it, another groan and you can hear him sit up running his hands through his hair feeling like a bus had ran him over a few hundred times. ]
