Well, Wardo asked for it, but it was meant as a Christmas present for mom, so maybe there was just an extra boost of power or somethin'.

No doubt, as it has not seen fit to grant my request.

Still, if I oversee its construction myself, there will be little room for error. Christmas is entirely too long to wait.

Naturally.

Of course, I do plan to open my home to like-minded individuals once it is complete. There must be some others who find it a bit unusual to be forced to live in proximity to humans.

Well, I recently set up a construction company here in the town, and I have a lot of experience in the industry. I've worked on some very big projects (High Schools, stuff like that) so a large house is well within my expertise!

We're not currently working on any contracts, so I'd be happy to get my crew on the job, if you want. Obviously I'd be willing to draw up plans with you, special features and specifications included.
