After having a conversation with a boy here, who is under a loss, I realized that I have no idea really how any of this works. I'd really like to be able to avoid losses though apparently that isn't possible. So instead I'll ask a few general questions in hopes of learning something and maybe avoiding...Is there anyone here who has not suffered a ( Read more... )

I've been here almost two months and I haven't suffered a loss. I don't know why - maybe the castle thought killing me was more amusing.

Oh - um, yeah, it wasn't. . . a big deal. I guess. I was just in the wrong hallway at the wrong time. It happens. Some people get under violent losses, I guess? Or just like killing people in general. And they, um. . . Yeah.

You come back in two weeks. So. . . It. . . Yeah.

Well that is just absolutely terrible. I hate death, but I hate useless death above all else.

I imagine in some ways it might not be so bad. I hear sometimes things attack the castle - a-and if people die saving the ones they love, at least they know they'll be back. . .

Well, I suppose if you are capable of coming back to them, it's at least better then dying in your own world.

Though apparently I came back to life back in my world.
