[Some escapism from the castle couldn't have come at a better time for Astrid. Jenny really upset her yesterday, despite her trying to ignore it. And it just seemed to be the culmination of a long strings of events that go back to when everything was topsy turvy and she ended up locked in her room with a broken cheekbone and covered in bruises. Everything's gone wrong, Christmas is just around the corner, the thought of that makes her feel sick, and the one person she usually confides in, can barely remember her name.
So yes! A walk into town with Ianto and something as simple as a coffee and a chat and being away from here for a bit, is more than welcome. She's waiting just outside the castle doors. Just enjoying the snow covered scene, snow has a way of making everything seem more peaceful, it's like a blanket of silence, she considers.]
