There's already enough chaos over this. If everyone in the castle knew what was going on, they would either panic, or let their anger take over. Neither one leads to good things. The less people know, the better. Prime seems to only go after people who hurt Azula, so if they just stay out of it, they should be fine.

I just need to find Azula.
