He's Uchiha Sasuke's older brother, though I don't know if you know him either. A long time ago he killed the entire Uchiha clan on his own but left Sasuke to live. I don't really know why. He's a part of the Akatsuki as you already seem to know, and the last time I checked Sasuke killed him back in our world. I don't know much else about him other than those facts and that he's one of the weirdest and most confusing people I've ever met.

Oh, he can also use the Sharingan like all Uchihas can. It's a bloodline limit.
