045 - Disappointed

All this nonsense over some harmless, meager insects. To think that this place is so dull that insects inspire reactions of all kinds from people.

[A single feh]

Pathetic.

Have you seen any of them? I want to practice my magic.

None that are alive any longer. There are better things to test ones magic on, however.

Yeah? What do you think I should practice on, mister?

Birds. They're more worthy targets.

But bugs are gross!

For some, that may well be. That does not excuse the maelstrom of activity over a handful of insects.

Whatever makes you think they're harmless?

They could simply have a very slow-acting poison, and people are going to die in droves in a day or two.

It's not an uncommon phobia.

Then those that are afraid need to conquer that phobia.

So it's normal for you to have a handful of centipedes in your pocket?

Reply

devil_blue December 14 2007, 00:46:54 UTC
I never said normal. I only said the reactions to it were out of proportion. On all ends.

After all, I wasn't screaming as a result.

..Aren't you the guy who stabbed someone because they played with you during a loss?

Reply

devil_blue December 14 2007, 01:01:03 UTC
Those were very different circumstances and a very different loss. And the word play fails to grasp what he had actually chose to do.
