The situation with this... man, Prime, perhaps the best approach would to be to get information on his biological structure to see if a weakness can be pinpointed. At the very least it could provide a basis to finding methods of restraining him.
I've spoken to him myself and certainly annoyed him just a tad. It would be easy enough to somehow trick him to finding me. I could then gain a DNA sample and K9 would take care of the rest in regards to the data retrieval.
