If the Castle decides to return me to being dead, then it can. But I'll be remembered by people here and not forgotten. I'll have done something. I don't think like that. Expecting the worst in people never gets you anywhere in life. It just makes you distrustful of everyone. I always expect the best of people, and hope they expect the best of me.

And only you can decide whether what you do is futile or not. I, for one, don't think what I do here is futile, even if I cease to exist tomorrow.

I don't need proof that they're trustworthy. Maybe they aren't. I can only assume the best of people and hope that they'll live up to that.

I can't make people agree with me on that, either. I can only do what I feel is right, and hope that I can convince them otherwise with my convictions.
