[Everyone seemed to have woke up with jobs already in place for them, so Alleyne was not surprised she had one lined up for her, too. Teaching, even. How convenient for her. She'd been signed up to teach philosophy in the mornings and coach martial arts as part of the health and exercise curriculum in the afternoons

I'm teaching the older kids human philosophy, apparently. It's a pretty confusing subject, but it's good for them.

It'd be easier if I knew who any of these people I'm supposed to be teaching about. Looks like Earth's had a short but busy history regarding this subject.
