[It's not been a super fun week for Fenris, not that this is anything usual. Fenris' entire LIFE is never super fun. He'd been enjoying cave exploring with Hawke, up until his loss had dragged him back. He'd tried to find her again, of course, but only to be brought back to the castle again before he could do so

[Trudging through the snow and hearing a familiar voice. Gwaine grins at Fenris.]

I'd say it sometimes gets worse, but I wouldn't want to give the place ideas.

[wolfuncaged]

[Oh hey Gwaine. Fenris' lips curve into an almost-smile]

I think it would take action if you gave it ideas or not.

[gwaine]

[He gives a long-suffering sigh.] There is that. [Finishing the trek to the doors, he notices the state of Fenris' feet.]

Unbothered by the cold?

[wolfuncaged]

[Fenris edges in a bit more]

Quite the opposite. I spent most of my life in far sunnier climes. I am unused to such cold weather.

[gwaine]

[He grimaces in sympathy.]

I'd imagine so. Winters are never enjoyable for those unaccustomed. Come on, I know what will cheer you up. Let's go inside and have a drink. It'll be warm.

[wolfuncaged]

[He chuckles a little]

That does tend to cheer me up, I admit.

[gwaine]

Then! [He'll reach out to clap Fenris lightly on the back, completely forgetting the "do not like to be touched" thing.] Let us hurry and find ourselves a good seat. We'll drink, stay warm and ignore everything that does not please us.

[wolfuncaged]

[Fenris tenses, but at least he doesn't slam Gwaine into a wall this time. Instead, he carefully extricates himself out of arms reach]

Sounds a fine idea indeed. [What isn't fine are the things floating above Gwaine's head]

[gwaine]

[Gwaine is completely oblivious to them. And not just because he doesn't think to look up. Fenris is incredibly handsome. He'd known before, but he hadn't really realized it until now.]

I'm just full of fine ideas.

[wolfuncaged]

[Already having quite a thing for Gwaine probably doesn't help matters for Fenris right now. He chuckles, closing the gap between them]

That you are.

[gwaine]

[Nope. Probably doesn't. But hey at least he has a thing already for Gwaine and it's not like he hates the man and would love to rip his heart out. That would just be awkward.

When Fenris steps closer, Gwaine's smile turns purely seductive.]

I've also a few ideas of how to spend our time.

[It does make a big difference to proceedings. Oh and that smile. My you heartbreaker you. Fenris returns it with one of his own]

Oh? And what might those things be?

[gwaine]

Most involve a less public setting and [he reaches out to fiddle with one of the leather straps on Fenris' outfit] not a lot of this.

[Yay dreams come true]

Well, I am certain that can be arranged.

[gwaine]

[If his words sound like a challenge, it's because they are. Drawing closer, he tilts his head to be just a breath away from Fenris'.]

Can it?

[Fenris takes the initiative, answering that with a fierce kiss.

Kind of wanted this for a while, yup]
