[ A beat. ]This is my sixth month here today. Half a year has never gone by this quickly. I also missed my birthday - which isn't a huge loss. I don't usually celebrate it. Lexi would have made me. She wouldn't have taken no for an answer

Most people who have been here awhile know about the Wanderere's Yard. Hearing it from someone as new as you is surprising, though.

I haven't actually been out there myself. Not according to my memory, at least. I'm hesitant to confirm anything without being totally sure.

I don't know where to search, Lana. The castle has done this to her before. It's trapped her in her room.

A teenage boy who goes by the name of Joshua. He escaped from the Peace Patrol prison the same night all of the outposts were destroyed.

[ Said in a 'How could you not KNOW?' voice, of course. ]

If Elena's missing, I wouldn't just assume it's an innocent loss right off the bat. That's a comfortable and dangerous assumption that too many castle residents make.

She looks like Katherine, right? I'll check around the residential neighborhood.
