41. Scarves and Reality TV
[The weather was Quite Nippy. Which, in Aziraphale's world, meant that it was time for a scarf and not quite yet time for gloves. So he was out and about wearing a fetching little tartan number in pure angora wool.
As it happens, he is very fond of this scarf, and every few minutes he takes the time to pat a hand over it in a self-satisfied fashion. What could be nicer than a brisk walk by the duck pond, taking the time to feed the birds happily?
Why, heading to the cinema in the castle to watch an old Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers film, of course. Today on the billing was supposed to be Top Hat... However, when he settled into the seats and the lights had dimmed, disturbingly be-bop music played loudly.
