Ah, you know, I'm not sure where it is. Jr. said it was only a day or two's travel outside the border, but I'm not sure in what direction.

Actually, the flashlights and other smaller things like that should work with the crystal necklaces, if people still have them. But its probably a better idea not to rely on those.
