Penny for your...

Where do people go to think, here? I mean -- the less thought places.

Not if you have a place that you don't want to share? I am not here to force sharing. That never ends well.

But if anyone has any suggestions?

I would appreciate it.

Maybe it is a thing -- and I have it? But I have always had a hard time relaxing anywhere with the word 'dead' in it.

It's called "dead" because powers and technology won't work there. The castle's power doesn't extend there either.

Weird?

[Dis tract her from her thoughts, Barney? The ones she is in no way bringing up here]

Why would it be that? Weird?

I just can't remember if you've ever been. [he's remarkably good at playing the Normal Game]

[Willow has never been especially familiar with the normal. Maybe it was a Hellmouth thing]

Actually? No, I never have.

[There, that sounded almost pulled together]

I like the gardens, with the weather as nice as it is. They usually aren't too busy.

That might be --

[What are they going to do, Jilly?]

I think that might work.

[something. They'd do...something]

Is this the kind of thinking that needs to be done alone?

[Yes. Please.]

I think -- yes. I am very much wanting it to be no?

[Softly]

But it is a yes.

The pond is nice. You might even catch a few ducks if you're lucky.

[Oh, Buffy. She is so glad you are back. Can you tell how much]

As long as I let them go when I'm done, right?
