[Back in the library once more. Unfortunately, the books lose their appeal once Weiss can't understand them. This is a bit of a problem. With some help from his knowledge of the past, a..bit more (stuff like programming) and a dictionary, he's picking up English fairly quickly. But he decides to test a few things out.]

I do not know how long this will last. In any case, translation is proving to be quite the bother.

"There are over 100,000 rules to follow in this city." At least that seemed to translate well enough, even though the chances of someone understanding it are exceedingly small.
[after a while and more studying, he decides to try for English. It seemed to be the most common one here, from observation.]
Hopefully this sentence is correct in grammar. It seems there is many rules and exceptions in English.
[...he meant 'grammatically correct' and 'are', but that's not too shabby. And with that, he is going to tour the castle all over, trying to pick up languages (canon is weird ok). Feel free to bother the book floating around.]
