[Barney got up at the crack of nine-ish, this morning, and was pleasantly surprised to find a new suit in his closet. hey, thanks, Tamaki! once he's taken care of business, and had some breakfast, he heads down to the WildKat to check up on things, and is pretty taken by the amount of townspeople flooding the streets, and all the crazy decorations. once he's inside the shop and away from most of the noise, he cracks open his journal]]
Hey, so, what's the big to-do in town? Not that I'm complaining ... it's gonna be great for business, and this new suit is pretty awesome. ... Once I find out what the deal is, I'll come up with a good special to commemorate the shindig.

Schedule's up! [he copies this carefully into the journal] I've got a couple copies here behind the register, too. And if you wanna swap shifts, it's totally cool, just work out amongst yourselves who wants to cover where, and let me know.
