What's flying like? For those of you who do.

It's useful. Helps when you have to get from one place to another, and lives are on the line. I've never really cared about the aesthetics of it.

Attack helicopters, various missiles, and assorted small arms fire, but I think that's specific to my problems.

You're from one of the more higher level technology worlds, from the sounds of it. You'd be hard pressed to find anything along those lines in the skies where I'm from.

Or here, I guess, discounting the First Generation and a few people the castle's brought in since then. What exactly is a helicopter?

A flying machine, capable of hovering and fast travel. Military ones are usually armed with heavy firepower. Missiles, for instance. Projectiles that carry various payloads, meant to cause heavy damage. Mainly it's either explosive, for destroying a structure all at once, or incendiary, for causing a lot of fire and long-term distraction.

Actually, I had already taken out the head. I was pulled here in the midst of rousting the remnant forces.

As in, dispersing them. Getting them out or destroying them, if they fight.
