[it's been awhile since Jilly has just sat on the steps and drawn (possibly because she hadn't been spending much time in the castle, before their little pirate vacation, so she's making up for lost time now. Her sketchbook is open on her knees as she works]

[as the surprise begins to fade, she realizes how unsettling it might be. He obviously didn't recognize her, and she was hardly being welcoming to a child lost in a strange place. She takes a moment to smile, genuinely, closing her sketchbook in her lap.]
I'd guess the church. He's there a lot. I could show you the way, if you'd like.
[tucking the book in her bag (it's gotten too warm for even her to keep wearing a hoodie), she'll stand, canting her head towards the stairs and back towards the lobby] We're going to have to head towards the towers. It's not too far, though.
[as she starts down] How long have you been here, Cain?
