[It isn't very often Elektra sleeps soundly. This is certainly one of those nights and Elektra definitely wasn't going to complain about it.... At least until she feels something close to touching her hair. That gets her to reach under her pillow for a weapon that isn't in this room. She might have worried it if wasn't for a familiar voice (and one unfamiliar one she barely noticed) that immediately killed any worries she might have had.]

Helen! [She's immediately sitting up in bed staring at the familiar blond haired, green eyed girl. Elektra reaches out to her daughter. No she could care less about anyone else right now. She just needs to confirm Helen was actually here and not just a part of particularly cruel dream.]

Come to Mama.

[Normally, she'd be a little more alarmed at a sudden weight to the bed that wasn't one she'd become accustomed to, but when Oliver rolls in her direction, she's hit with familiar, comfortable scent and warmth of him and she does nothing but burrow further into her pillow and try to fall further asleep.

Something blocked by two screaming childish voices, and two more. One she wasn't expecting, and three she can't place. She's quickly moving up into a sitting position, moving her hair out of her face and taking everything in with slight alarm, which defaults to anger at the two adults present]

Explain. Right now.

Right. [WHERE DOES HE EVEN....??]

Okay, so remember when I said the castle does ... odd things? Worlds being created overnight, that sort of thing?

This is one of those things, but instead of it creating a world -- it creates offspring. This... [his hand moves to ruffle to Helen's hair and smile at her] is Helen. She showed up last year and she's a child that I took care of with Elektra here. [aaaand a boy. Huh.]

My guess is that this would be our child and his name is...?

'ERIC!'

His name is Eric and he's very excited about that, but it'll ... it'll get easier, but first - Tess, this is Elektra... and Elektra... this is Tess.

[heh... he has not said a word about either woman to ... either woman! YAY! AWKWARD!]

[Elektra simply nods in agreement. This was definitely not how she pictured her reunion with her daughter but, if this was Tess she has no reason to worry about being with a strange woman in bed (though the awkward situation she was in is definitely starting to sink in now that she had Helen). Elektra as always is determined to at least appear apathetic about it even while wondering why the castle put her in odd situations with Oliver so often.]

It's nice to meet you, Tess. [She turns her attention to Eric.] And you too, Eric.

[And back to the adults.] We should start trying to figure this out. [She pauses for a second realizing that they may want to go back to bed. What time was it even?] If you're up for it.

It...Creates offspring. [Her expression is flat, and so is her voice. Though she tries to make a pleasant expression when...Being introduced to children, one of which is supposedly hers.

Her fingers are pressing to her forehead to rub slightly for a moment, before she tosses back the covers and gets out of bed, the last thing she wants to do is have this conversation there, and she needs the excuse to process her thoughts a little. She's moving to rummage through Oliver's things for a housecoat, since while her sleep wear isn't indecent, a babydoll nightgown is not what she'd plan for children] I wish we'd met under much more...Appropriate circumstances.

[She'll finally turn around to regard them, again leaning against the dresser] Figuring what out? Visitation?

Well, there's a small theory that there are so many parallel worlds that this is just pulling a child from some random world where there is a child to pull, but ... it's a really odd theory.

[He exhales, shifting to tug Eric onto his lap, since he seems to want a nap... or attention.]

Visitation? No, more like... if we're all going to stay in my room or if I'm going to be bouncing between the two of you... [TRYING NOT TO SMIRK]

It's just going to take some time-management.

[Elektra thinks to herself this was better than her first meeting with Oliver but, she won't voice that aloud. Instead she glances at Oliver before turning her attention Tess, threading her fingers through Helen's hair idly.]

I'd prefer to stay together instead of trying to split up Oliver's time between the kids. I understand if you don't want to. You don't exactly know me.

[Damnit Oliver, why can't you be like every other rich playboy father and just send a fat cheque and pop in once a month to make sure no one died? She's silent and frustrated, but berating him in private is one thing, so she simply focuses on Elektra instead]

I don't have to. We're more than capable of handling...Any situation. [Aka if you were going to turn out to be an axe murderer, she takes a moment to think further, and sees how comfortably Eric sits into his grip, and...Ugh her soft heart ;;] It sounds like the best arrangement, having something stable is supposed to be better for them.

Well, that's settled then. [He sighs, glancing around, then down to Eric.]

Did you come from your room? [Eric's eyes light up and he starts to crawl off the bed.]

There's a dinosaur!

[He'll glance to Elektra] If you want to find out where Helen's room is, we'll track down Eric's and apparently find Sansa too.

[Gets out of the bed and immediately has Eric clinging to his leg as if it's his own personal people mover.]

[She can't help smiling at the implication. She's never killed here and harming the people Oliver's cared about wasn't exactly the ideal starting point.] Don't worry there won't be any situations to handle. I'm completely harmless.

[Elektra takes Helen by the hand and starts for the door.] I should probably grab Abby anyways. [Helen clearly agrees since now she's pulling Elektra along.]

Abby! I want to see Abby! I know. We're going. [Elektra casts a last look at Oliver as if to say convince her I'm not an axe murderer before heading out the door.]

Then the largest problem we're going to have is deciding what to have for breakfast. [She doesn't...Really believe her, but she's willing to give her a chance. Oliver doesn't really make a habit of befriending psycho's after all.

Once they've left she'll turn back to Oliver and moving closer towards him, and staring down at their supposed child]

What...Is a Sansa?

yeahihidmypants May 26 2011, 21:13:27 UTC
SAAAAAANSAAAAAA.

[Oliver just lets Eric run ahead of them, he'll no doubt have energy all day, so it's best to just let it out here.]

Sansa is a dinosaur. Small, plant-eating dinosaur, but still a dinosaur. She's left-over from one of the times the castle wasn't a castle. She hasn't gotten very big and I'm not sure if that's just her species or if it's because she's from the castle.

Lana and Kara help me out with her, and we couldn't find a name for her. So for a while she was just sans a name'. Then Sansa stuck.

...A dinosaur. [Besides the fact that you sound crazy, you let their little baby run off to grab a dinosaur by himself? That's apparently been sleeping with him in his room like it's a pet puppy that can just curl on the foot of the bed? She just looks at him incredulous before she smacks him sharply on the shoulder] Oliver! How stupid do you have to be, to pull a dinosaur from some sort of world alteration, in the first place?!

And he's...A baby! [She is going to kill you. After you know, she's done freaking out a little and trying to remember which way Eric went so she can chase after him]

Ow! [frowns and rubs his shoulder, not that it really hurt, but STILL.]

I didn't take the dinosaur, it was already here. I missed out on the whole weird dinosaur park adventure. One day it was just... in my room and she's harmless. She's like... this tall. [he gestures to his knee to show that the dinosaur is about the height of a dog... a short and LONG dog]

She eats soybeans and plants. Actually, all the plants in my room get eaten by her, but she's like a big happy dog.

...It just showed up in your room, and you didn't think that was suspicious, or that maybe getting rid of it was your best option? [HOW HAVE YOU SURVIVED THIS LONG?] That isn't relevant, Oliver!

He isn't as big as you are, and just because that's all you've been feeding her doesn't mean she isn't willing to do worse.

[exhales and watches Eric run back for the third time only this time with Sansa in tow]

Look. Small. Tiny. Harmless. [Oliver puts his arm around Tess, trying to be supportive] She's docile and very friendly.
