I've already told Yuan here but there's a large possibility Legato Bluesummers and Riful are behind the people in the city disappearing.
I had a chat with Zelman Clock a couple of weeks ago and he's certain it is Legato. He's claimed Legato has used people in the city before as puppets with his powers, which is to control others physically. Mentally, I'm not sure. If anyone has information on this guy, we need it now so speak up. A physical description would be handy. This guy has already tried to cause Clark problems, so I highly doubt he's a delicate flower.
The Peace Patrol is make a comeback, anyone interested in can speak to Yuan here.
Anyone still patrolling the city, keep an eye out for Legato. If he's the one behind all this, we'll have to catch him in the act or question him and somehow I doubt he's the type to confess.
