However, it was not a decision made of our own volition. The arrival of Deathwing would make anyone in our world immediately on guard. I do not think I have to explain a great creature of immeasurable power.

I need to seek information on how powerful he is in case things were to get out of hand. However, I would assume that the dragon aspects present would wish to have authority on how to deal with the situation.

I'd rather not act if they wish to govern the situation.

Yes. They are among the most powerful beings in our world, guardians of our planet if you will. They govern certain aspects of our world, as the name implies. If there is an anomaly within our world, the aspects are quick to recognize it.
