That's a real problem if people are disappearing. That is exactly the sort of thing that calls for a hero. A hero to come and defend those who are defenseless and need help!

I'll do whatever I can and look for those people!

We'll need to start questioning people in the city. Finding out whose relatives or friends disappeared and seeing if there's a real pattern here.

Guess it's difficult to feel the temp of the water if you live up in the clouds.

Then again, if there hasn't been any violence... it's no wonder we didn't hear anything. Walking off and getting dragged away are two different things.

Either way, this is definitely Not Good.

That's what I'm wondering. If all these people disappeared and there wasn't a sign of a struggle anywhere, they were forced somehow. The question is why, how and where?

Interesting name. [ It is such a good thing they're talking over the journals first. ]

I've got someone working with the townspeople. A... liaison of sorts. She may be able to get a few more stories out of people, see if the walking off is common.

I'm not...entirely sure.

It was out in the forest to the south. I was in the city and there was suddenly a tremendous amount of dark energy even though I had the feeling I was only sensing the edge of it since my eye can only sense so far.

The strangest part is...I've sensed Riful before, and it was much stronger than her.

I've read about Riful in the journal. A flesh-eating monster, right? So you're saying whatever it was, it wasn't her.
