[After Riku had mentioned wanting to get a kitten, Kairi had rounded up Sora so the three of them could go together like they had discussed. Finding a moment that all three of the teens were all in the same room at the same time had finally arrived, and now that they were actually ready to go, Kairi was just finishing placing items in her bag before stepping out into their version of a living room.
She could hear Sora from her bedroom, impatiently tapping his foot and saying he was all ready to go. Apparently Riku was taking his time getting ready to go.
