[Been a couple days since ya heard this voice, huh, castle?]
Greetings residents of Cair Paradisa. I am Querl Dox of Colu, Brainiac 5 of the Legion of Super-Heroes, and I am a new resident to this castle. A reluctant resident, though, nonetheless. I arrived a few days ago and found myself speaking with people I do not know, know, and those who know me, but I not them. Quite frustrating.
However, Miss Cessily proved to be a more informative and comprehending guide than my previous. I was able to learn the grounds and gain a better understanding of my situation. Once again, I must thank you, Cessily. You were incredibly informative and helpful in my understanding of the castle. [Querl says the next part below his breath, not realizing the journal could hear it.] Far more than I believe my previous tour guide ever could have been.
I would like to offer my services as a scientist and Legionnaire to whatever organization within the castle could make use of my skills.
On another note, I realize that there is no laboratory on castle grounds, and I would like to build one for my use, as well as the use of others. I think that it will be useful in the search for an exit from Paradisa, as well as instrumental in solving what situations happen here.
