I'm in the TARDIS. [He'd recovered the flamethrowers from one of the secret anti-zombie stashes Washington had made the last time he was here.] Fifth Doctor's TARDIS, that is.

[He waves at her from the console room and leads her into his own TARDIS bedroom. Full of all his his precious gifts from friends who've left (with the recent addition of a red bonsai tree and a colorful feather tied around it), it also shows signs of additional occupancy; there's a cute little green rabbit AI on a screen that Delta "runs" over to speak with and the couch has blankets as if it's being used for a bed by someone short.
Over on the bed he's set out three flamethrowers with some special additions: having recovered the blueprint of Tres's Peacemaker gun designed to fight vampires, he's added on silver crosses, white oak shards, and a sprig of rowan along the fuel tanks.]
Go ahead and pick. The wood is because--well, I thought using the wood of some "holy" trees might be a good way to counteract the blood tree, you know?
I do think it'll help. I've seen what holy weapons can do. First, there's no possible way it could make it less effective. And second? I'm starting to buy into this theory that believing something about this kidnapper asshole makes it true. Hell, he didn't even appear until some kids had nightmares they believed in.
Even if all your blessing does is give me more confidence that it'll work, that's just as strong as strong as a real holy power in this case.
[It was true, belief was important, wasn't that what he learned every day? Faith in God was all that was needed, and his own faith was important. If he doubted himself, was that doubting God?]
I'm s-sorry, I shouldn't have s-said something like that....
Nah, it's okay. Everything going on here right now, I don't blame you. Might even help if you ran a couple Masses, right? Get the power of belief out there? That'll just reinforce the power of belief behind what everyone's trying to do to help.

[And when she arrives, she's in full kit, and carrying a munitions case with four frag grenades that she's built since she's been here.]
